On the 24th of March, all the AS level Biology students went on a trip to Edinburgh Zoo as part of their topic about biodiversity and protecting animals in zoos. We spent the morning being shown round by keepers and being told about the work that the zoo does, we then attended a workshop where we had to do different activities. We then had the whole afternoon to look around the zoo and see all the animals, including penguins and tigers.
