‘Caring for Our Common Home – Responding to the Cry of the Earth and the Poor’
A one-day conference to launch our Diocesan Environmental Group is to be held at the Emmaus Village on Saturday 18 September 2021.
The conference will include:
• Keynote Speakers – Christine Allen, CAFOD Director and Emma Gardner, Project Lead for the Guardians of Creation Project.
• Mass celebrated by Bishop Robert Byrne
• Workshops (incl. Buildings and Energy, Travel, Food and Faith and Sustainability in Schools).
The event is being sponsored by Caritas and is free, but booking is essential (bookings must be made by Friday 17 September 2021).
