Ex-student Jess Callaghan speaks to Year 9

by Daniel Swabey, Year 9

On Friday 7th February, a former student of this school, Jess Callaghan, came to talk to Year 9 about their upcoming options and her career pathway.  Jess is now working at StreetGames, which lets her work in a field that covers lots of areas of sport.  Although she didn’t actually take PE as one of her options it shows that whatever you take, it still opens different pathways in life.  The talk was beneficial to us as students because she expressed that you should choose what’s relevant to future jobs but also take what you enjoy doing.

Jess Callaghan left STM in 2002 and is now Head of Quality Training at StreetGames.
