On Wednesday 18th October the Girls Active team went to Kirkley Hall to work on their team building skills. This was part of the Tyne and Wear Girls Active Network. We participated in many activities against other schools and their Girls Active leaders.
We completed a series of challenges and for every challenge you earned points. Those points would help decide who did the best out of all the schools. Some of the challenges were rock climbing, zip lining, obstacle course, timed archery and lawn games, all of which were a lot of fun and very competitive.
Overall it was great. Although we got very muddy, life is too short to have clean fingernails.
