My name is Oskar Zientara, and I compete in Taekwondo, training three times a week for my club Hwa Rang School in Newcastle. I recently competed in the Scottish Open ITF Championships, winning two gold medals, one for sparring and one for my patterns. I love competing in Taekwondo and find that the sport has taught me self-defence and self-control.
