Facilities for hire

St Thomas More Catholic High School welcomes community use of the school’s facilities to organised groups.

Our facilities include 2 grass football pitches, 1 rugby pitch, Main Sports Hall, Gymnasium and a Dance Studio.  In addition, there’s a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) suitable for the likes of netball, hockey and football.  These can all include the use of a changing room if required.

If it’s a conference, meeting or presentation space that you require, then why not make use of our Main Hall which can seat up to 300 people or our well equipped Training Suite.

Facilities are available until 9pm Monday to Friday with rates starting at as little £25 per hour.  Whether it’s a regular booking you require or a venue for that one off occasion, why not consider using our facilities.

All lettings/ hire agreements must be in keeping with our terms and conditions (detailed in our Charging and Remissions Policy) that all users will be required to sign. This includes a requirement to provide the following before any let is agreed:

Copy of valid insurance documentation
Copy of Child Protection policy
DBS information relating to all responsible adults

2 Grass Football Pitches This includes the use of one changing room. The
changing facilities include 3 toilet cubicles and 1
shower. A further changing room is available for an
additional £10 per session.
This fee is on the basis of a minimum booking of 10
sessions.
The school may need to restrict the use of the
pitches by the community during inclement weather
to preserve the facilities. In such circumstances the
session may be deferred to use at an alternative time		 Adult rate: £50

Astro-Turf pitch (2000m2 astroturf) No changing facilities included.
A changing room is available for an additional £10
per booking.		 £35 per hour;
£90 for 3 hours;
£180 for 7 hours
Main Sports Hall (430m2 hardwood sprung floor) This includes the use of one changing room.
A further changing room is available for an
additional £10 per booking.
Gym
Dance Studio
Main Hall   £50 per hour;
£100 for 3 hours;
£200 for 7 hours
Training Suite/Classroom   £30 per hour;
£60 for 3 hours;
£110 for 7 hours

 

The facilities are normally available for use at the following times:

·         Monday – Friday 7am to 8am; 3:30pm to 9pm during term time

·         Monday – Friday 8am to 9pm School Holidays

·         Saturday & Sunday 9am – 5pm

Use of these facilities may be restricted at times, due to usage for school activities.
