What is Journalism Club?

Journalism club is open to all Year 10 and 6th form students every Tuesday lunchtime.  It offers students the opportunity to write about the issues they feel strongly about and experiment with different types of non-fiction writing outside of their English classroom! This term we were lucky enough to have Darcy Nathan, a former student and freelance writer, speak to the students about her experience of writing blogs and articles for online publications; this certainly inspired our budding journalists to consider where their writing may take them!
